Nais Insurance is a multi-agency insurance company operating within the Nais Group. Nais Insurance naturally develops this competence in the area of group insurance. We look at insurance not just as a financial product, but as part of a broader puzzle:

We operate as a multi-agency — we have the opportunity to cooperate with many insurance companies in Poland. At this stage, we do not communicate specific names of insurers; we focus on the selection of solutions to the needs of the company. If the project requires cooperation with a new partner, we can establish such cooperation efficiently.

    Protection of the life and health of employees, with the possibility of adjusting the scope to the structure of the organization and the benefit policy.

Note: Nais Insurance focuses on employee insurance offered by the employer. At this stage, we do not promote individual insurance.

How does cooperation with Nais Insurance look like

Step 1:
Talking about needs

We start by talking to representatives of HR, finance or management. We want to understand:

  • the structure of the organization,
  • the current benefit offer,
  • expectations of employees,
  • budgetary and process constraints.

Step 2:
Proposals for solutions from many companies

On this basis, we prepare proposals for insurance programs — based on the offer of available companies. If you need a solution outside the current list of partners, we can quickly establish cooperation with a new insurer.

Step 3:
Implementation and communication

We help in:

  • preparation of communication to employees,
  • adaptation of the process to the realities of the organization (HR, personnel, wages),
  • current support and updates of the program.

Wherever possible, we combine insurance with existing solutions of the Nais Group (e.g. modules for handling benefits, subscriptions or ZFŚS) in order to reduce the number of distributed tools on the HR side.

Insurance expert responsible for Nais Insurance

Anna Caisel For nearly 25 years he has been working in large organizations, combining business, sales and managerial perspectives. For about 20 years she has been associated with one corporation, in parallel for more than a dozen years cooperating with another — thanks to this she understands very well both the expectations of the boards and the daily work of the teams.

She is an experienced manager who consistently pursues sales and business goals — currently holds the status Agent Lider Plus at PZU and is a member of the Elite Club of Agents.

A mechatronics engineer by training, he combines an analytical approach to data with the practical ability to draw conclusions and make decisions. At work, he values pace of action, high standards and clearly defined goals, while maintaining great attention to people and their perspective.
