Success of Nais and Seris Konsalnet in the HRA Star Award 2025 competition

We are thrilled to announce that the project carried out by Nais in collaboration with Seris Konsalnet has been recognized in the 3rd edition of the HRA Star Award 2025! This prestigious award honors HR initiatives that strategically leverage data and analytics to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.

The winners were announced on May 20, 2025, at the ADN Conference Center, Browary Warszawskie, during the Strategie HR conference – one of the key events in the Polish HR industry calendar.

What was the goal of the project?

Seris Konsalnet, a leading security services company employing 18,000 people across Poland, faced the challenge of reducing administrative costs and improving the efficiency of its HR operations. The main objective of the project was to eliminate paper-based processes, particularly in areas such as the distribution of PIT forms, handling of Employee Benefit Fund (ZFŚS) settlements, and submission of employee requests.

What actions were taken?

In close collaboration with the Seris Konsalnet team, Nais implemented solutions enabling full automation and digitalization of HR processes. Key initiatives included:

  • Digital PIT distribution – over 78% of documents were accessed electronically.
  • Automation of employee requests and ZFŚS processes – including threshold assignment, bonus allocation, and settlements.
  • One-click access to medical services – through seamless integration and single sign-on with the Nais platform.
  • Comprehensive communication efforts – including regional workshops, onboarding materials, leaflets, newsletters, and SMS updates for employees.

Project Outcomes

Thanks to the implementation:

  • PLN 1.5 million in annual savings were achieved by eliminating costs related to paper, printing, and mailing,
  • Over 250,000 logins to the Nais platform were recorded within just 3 months,
  • HR processes were simplified and made accessible to all 18,000 employees nationwide.
