Following years of dynamic development, the leading Polish HR Tech company has brought on a world-class manager to prepare the organization for its next intensive phase of growth.

Nais, a Polish HR Tech platform supporting over 200 large enterprises in optimizing human resource management, is strengthening its management team. Piotr Zbaraski, a manager with a decade of experience in strategic consulting, is taking on the role of CFO.

Central and Eastern Europe is a high-growth market with increasing demand for comprehensive HR platforms, which is why we want to build a leadership position here. For nearly a decade, Piotr Zbaraski served as CFO for Central and Eastern Europe at BCG, an international strategic consulting firm. Most recently, while working from Boston as Global Finance Controller, he was a key member of the team that carried out a multi-year HR transformation across the entire organization. Previously, he was a director at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance and an investment banker at Credit Suisse and ING.

For years, I have led financial transformations in global organizations – from the Polish capital market through Central and Eastern Europe to global HR strategy at BCG. I am joining Nais to apply this experience where I see real potential: in building solid financial foundations for the next stage of growth for a company that is changing how Polish enterprises manage their people— says Piotr Zbaraski.
