Safe Space Summit 2025 – A New Language for Talking About Safety at Work

On November 14, 2025, the Safe Space Summit will take place – a conference that opens a new chapter in how we talk about work: not about targets, benefits, or KPIs, but about trust, emotions, and responsibility.

For the first time in Poland, the event will unveil nationwide Ipsos research on psychological safety at work.
The findings – as the organizers suggest – might challenge everything we think we know about how employees really feel inside Polish organizations.

The program features talks and panels led by researchers, leaders, and practitioners who have been reshaping organizational culture for years.
Among the speakers: Amy Edmondson from Harvard Business School – author of the global bestseller “The Fearless Organization”, as well as Emilia Brzóska, President of the Nowe Przestrzenie Foundation, Prof. Jacek Wasilewski, Magdalena Dziewguć (Google Cloud Poland), and many others bridging theory with real business practice.

This won’t be just another conference about “feeling good at work.”
Safe Space Summit will show how to diagnose the level of psychological safety, how to measure it, and—most importantly—how to turn insight into meaningful action.

Safe Space Pioneer – A Movement Just Beginning

The conference will also mark the launch of Safe Space Pioneer – a nationwide program connecting business, education, and institutions.
Its goal: to build a culture where searching for culprits is replaced by searching for solutions, and fear gives way to trust.

The first 10 organizations have already joined, and more are invited to follow after the Summit—those ready to become the next generation of “safe companies” in Poland, not on paper, but in daily practice.
