Does this sound familiar?

August and September mark the start of budget season. If you want to avoid a situation this year where:

  • your HR budget is automatically slashed because leadership sees it only as an expense,
  • you copy last year's numbers every time without knowing what actually worked,
  • you struggle to justify investments in training, recruitment, or benefits,
  • you pay for employee packages that half your team doesn't even use,

- then this webinar is for you.

Who is this webinar for?

  • HR managers and HR Business Partners planning next year's budget
  • HR specialists responsible for training, recruitment, and benefits
  • Anyone looking to have more effective conversations about money with the board and CFO

What will you learn? (Agenda)

In 90 minutes, we will show you how to plan your HR budget wisely:
